Creek Channel, Inc., (“CC”) as an exclusive strategic partner of Lion Rock Energy, invented and patented a groundbreaking technology that makes iron/chromium (Fe/Cr) Redox Flow Battery a real, feasible commercial product. The Fe/Cr Redox Flow Battery, invented by NASA in the 1970s, has not been widely commercialized yet due to its severe hydrogen evolution and the following irreversible capacity decay. Many researchers and companies proposed different ways to solve this problem, however, nobody succeeded in developing a workable Fe/Cr flow battery product that can achieve long-term operation

“CC” proposed a new idea, which we call capacity recovery technology, to solve the hydrogen evolution and following capacity decay problem in Fe/Cr flow battery. One concept prototype has been built and tested for over 500 cycling (2-time tests), successfully demonstrated the feasibility and stability of our technology.

With the financial support of investors, “CC” will complete the engineering design, manufacture, and test of prototype product. “CC” is confident to support its partner to scale up manufacturing business of low-cost Fe/Cr flow battery product, while Lion Rock Energy has the expertise and experience to ensure that the flow battery product to operate with uncompromised performance and dependable results.
